Pre-Festival Meeting at Confederation Park
Wednesday, June 22, 2022 6:00 p.m.
Hello everyone,
We ask that you all attend this meeting so that you can pick up your t-shirt and volunteer badge from your coordinator. If you cannot attend it is up to you to make arrangements with your coordinator to pick these items up.
Gather at the Main Stage (Confederation Park). During this meeting there will be a short information session led by Catherine O’Grady, Executive Producer of the Ottawa Jazz Festival. Then you will meet with your coordinator to collect your items and clear up any questions you may have regarding your duties or the festival itself.
Finally, we will be taking a group photo in front of the stage, which we hope you will all stay for.
In all, the meeting takes approximately an hour.
